Manager is looking for : communication experience, mainly from working with science content in corporate context.

The responsibility will be to lead the team’s Communication Practice. This will include developing and implement strategies to support the creation and dissemination of subject matter expertise across clients, prospects and employees.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategies for supporting dissemination through blog posts, white papers, statistics and videos highlighting behavioral science topics.
  • Consult and work with the Research and Outcomes group to gain a deep understanding of data and findings, while advising on direction based on audience insights.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the potential venues for scientific and industry conferences where findings can be disseminated, and manage the process through delivery and post-delivery communications.
    Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the potential outlets for scientific and industry publication outlets and manage the process through completion of publications
  • Design and implement an internal strategy for supporting in-person and virtual lectures, workshops, and presentations within Pharmaceutical.
  • Work as primary liaison with marketing, communications, and product management to integrate behavioral science ideas into our product pipeline and to understand current limitations of the product which could benefit from behavioral science research.
  • Maintain a state-of-the-art understanding of behavioral science topics and communicate most recent information to the Behavior Science Team.

Requirements:
  • Business related education (BA, MBA) OR 3-5 years’ experience in industry on related behavioral science topics
  • Advanced degree (MPH, MS) in Psychology, Social Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Public Health, Cognitive Science, or other related field.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
