Security Architect
Someone who can put those design on paper, take ownership of the solution blueprint and guide the project team from a technical perspective throughout the design, build, and test phases would be great.
An individual that understands architecture sufficiently to help develop a high-level blueprint, detailed functional requirements, detailed solution blueprint, and high level architecture for:
  • The expansion of capabilities of a data inventory tool and metrics tool that is currently implemented in AWS, but may require a local instance.  The tool will require receiving feeds from the Symantec DLP Tool, and the tool must be accessible by the core Data Security Program team and IT Leads across the organization.
  • The expansion of Symantec DLP's capabilities to include automated data at rest scanning of structured repositories.
  • The expansion of Symantec DLP's capabilities to improve automated Data-in-Motion capabilities.
  • The implementation of a net new tool to perform anonymization on structured repositories in lower level environments.
  • A strong understanding of structured data repositories
  • A strong understanding of data scanning and data de-identification technologies and the associated processing requirements and access requirements to perform these functions.
  • An understanding of cloud environments and be able to provide recommendations as to whether local instances will be required.
  • It would be nice if that person knows the AMAG application and understand its distributed architecture.
