MARKET MANAGER - HEALTHCARE RECRUITER – PHARMACY - REMOTE

Skiltrek is currently seeking an outgoing, driven, organized, and highly competitive Market Manager to run and grow our Pharmacy Recruitment Team. MARKET MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare Related Field
2. A minimum of one year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
3. 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
4. 2+ years of sales/account management experience, preferably in Healthcare.
5. Proven Success in a Similar Role.
6. Outstanding Communication Skills
7. Extremely Organized with Acute Attention to Detail
8. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Including Outlook
9. Ability to Type 40+ WPM


RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identifies marketing opportunities based on customer needs, defining the market, understanding competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses. Improves marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities by improving service packaging and coordinating new lines of business.
2. Monitors and engages the national/regional healthcare staffing market on a weekly basis through marketing and sales activities, recruiting, competitive analysis, client interactions, and other initiatives as appropriate. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
3. Develops and implements sales plans based on marketing and sales financial objectives. Projects expected sales volume and profit for existing and new lines of business through analyzing trends and results. Responsible for monitoring costs.
4. Negotiates contracts, establishes pricing strategies and recommended selling prices in accordance with Skiltrek policies and guidelines. Complete Requests for Proposals, as needed. 
5. Assists in managing the day-to-day operations of the team to include, but not limited to, human resources, accounts payable, payroll, billing, accounts receivable, clinical, legal, and compliance functions. 
6. Provides leadership and supervision to the team. Interviews, hires, develops, manages performance and progressive discipline as needed in collaboration with the Area Manager/Director. Ensures positive employee relations and resolves any staff issues or grievances.
7. Develops and implements recruiting plans to achieve staffing goals.
8. Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations related to all business practices. 
9. Performs other duties as requested.
