Sr. Vice President Staffing Sales

As part of our US growth strategy, we require an entrepreneurial and energetic recruitment sales leader with proven experience and success nationally and a strong client network. This executive will be made an equity partner once abilities are proven, with optional career path to COO. The role will be focused on the following:
  • Developing a plan for building and the scaling the business
  • Developing Talent’s brand and offerings nationally
  • Building, coaching and developing an A-grade team of Sales Professionals and Recruitment Consultants
  • Producing budgets and targets and ensuring delivery of them
  • Representing the broader offerings within the global business and identifying cross-selling opportunities
  • Strategic business development and client acquisition
  • Interacting with founder of Skiltrek and other executives.
You will require the following experience or attributes:
  • A minimum of 10 years in the technology recruitment sector with a proven track record nationally.
  • Proven success and billings in both permanent and contract billings
  • A fearless and passionate approach to selling
  • A natural interest in innovation and a true desire to make a difference
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • A natural team player, a strong work ethic and the ability to lead people
  • Strong client relationships and network nationally.

  • Expertise in scaling a young business which is backed by an entrepreneurial, experimental and highly successful global organization
  • The capacity to travel both locally and overseas.
