Build a framework of internal communications that creates both efficiency and clarity
Contribute to awareness, excitement, and user adoption of Windows 10/Office 365
1) Develop and implement marketing activities to increase user adoption of Windows 10/Office 365.
a. Create communications pieces including brochures, newsletters, physical and digital signage, visual presentations, web-based communications, electronic mail campaigns and multimedia projects
b. Produce creative, consistent messaging and style of communications
c. Manage email distribution/mailing lists; tracking engagement of newsletters and other mass communications
d. Measuring results: Regularly evaluate and report on analytics and engagement
e. Work with Deployment team to maintain T-Minus and T+5 Communications
f. Schedule quarterly meetings with ARMs
g. Monitor Windows 10 Program mailbox
h. Maintain Windows 10 Program Sharepoint site
i. Work with Imaging team to distribute patching/Windows Servicing emails.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field of study
• 7+ years' experience in Marketing and Executive Communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and the ability to influence. Strong judgment
• Excellent ability to manage diverse responsibilities while adhering to tight deadlines
• Comfortable dealing with senior leadership
• Experience communicating to diverse and remote workforce
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives
• Knowledge of and advance level skill with Microsoft (MS) Office Suite, specifically MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel – Macros, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.
• Proficiency with MS Sharepoint version 2010 or higher
• Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated talent in taking complex technical details and clearly communicating the big picture to a broader, non-technical audience
• Demonstrated fluency in technology. Strong technical understanding of Windows 10 and Office 365 features and functionalities
• Demonstrated adaptability, effective collaboration skills, customer obsession, drive for results, key insights that link marketing execution to business outcomes.
• Experience thinking, planning, and executing autonomously and as part of a team.
