We are seeking a Business Analyst with a legal twist. This candidate will have some project management experience, is tech savvy, has strong verbal and written communication skills – Experience Financial industry a plus!!

RESPONSIBILITIES
Information Security:
• Understand Law Firm Information Security Assessment process from start to finish
• Track status for all Law Firms in internal system, assist with follow-up reviews (including technical analysis of case closure findings) and communicate with Law Firm Information Security officers
• Entitlements platforms within ISG and Wealth Management - provide assistance to Role owners and Cost Center approvers
• Maintain and analysis responses for data security principle of the Outside Counsel Policy

Vendor Management:
• Ensure vendor compliance with MS processes, internal audit and operational risk regarding security and operational reviews
• In conjunction with Sourcing, perform market research and bench marking as it relates to providing potential alternative/new vendors, current business processes and /or issues
• Document business/functional requirements as it relates to specific solutions and the development of applicable RFPs for new services
• Assist in the review and management of MSAs and Task Orders, working with applicable internal groups
• Develop business case presentations and analyses, as applicable to include measurable benefits and costs
• Develop project plans, manage client expectations, track issues, risks and scope changes throughout all phases of assigned projects

KEY SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• BA Required with preferably 5-8 years experience
• Experience in Financial industry, preferably big banks
• Risk or governance function background preferable but not required
• Execution oriented
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong consulting, analytical, project and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and SharePoint (specifically Excel)
• Team player with ability to work independently, escalating when appropriate, manage multiple projects
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail

• It is important that the candidate is able to work in a flexible environment, as plans & priorities can change frequently
• Due to the multi-tasking nature of the role, the candidate should be able to prioritise his/her own workload accordingly
• The candidate needs to be prepared to quickly adjust to different characters and environments as they will be interacting with various Divisions and levels of people within them
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects with quality output
