ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - PHARMA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
BRIDGEWATER, NJ

Project Description:
  • Under limited supervision, provides complex and specialized administrative duties and support to an Executive Director or Director of the Company. Minimum Qualifications
  • Assist in day-to-day departmental functions.
  • Monitors and maintains functional budgets & processes; tracks invoices, and creates & maintains various spreadsheets.
  • Drives the creation of complex presentations and correspondence.
  • Proof reads outbound documents and prepares reports / other misc documents
  • Establishes and maintains key contact / distribution lists
  • Coordinates meetings and tasks, prepares corresponding materials, then takes & disseminates meeting minutes tracking process to deliverables and action items.
  • Arranges and manages travel plans, itineraries, and expense reports.
  • Organizes meetings and luncheons for department guests
  • Establishes and maintains records and files.
  • Works with peers when special projects demand a team effort.
  • Coordinates direct main projects as required.
  • Other activities as directed

Required Skills:
  • High school diploma, and four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative support experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Associate Degree or college coursework preferred.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
  • Incumbents in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor, and moderate noise levels.
  • Work is performed in an office environment.

This 11+ month position starts ASAP.
