We are looking for a dynamic recruitment/staffing professional who is looking to grow with an entrepreneurial company, one that knows how to work hard and enjoy the successes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze client requirements against qualifications of candidates and match the best candidate with client open job orders.
  • Qualify candidates by conducting telephone interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and rate requirements.
  • Present job opportunities to candidates and negotiate compensation.
  • Assist with resume preparation and submission to vendor management tool.
  • Handle interview coordination efforts including phone or in-person interview preparation and candidate follow-up, reference checks, new hire onboarding, and placement care follow-up.
  • Manage and update the internal company database, and Applicant Tracking System (software).
  • Review and respond to company, candidate and consultant emails and calls. Ensure timely and appropriate dissemination of key company information to candidates and internal teams.
  • Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality in order to handle sensitive material.
  • Continually grow and maintain candidate and client pipelines.
  • Assist with referral bonus program and follow-up.
  • Participate in team meetings to exceed future recruiting needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • BS degree preferred, such as Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biology, Chemistry, IT, etc.
  • Some research/lab experience in the biological science field, an understanding of scientific research including lab assays and lab instrumentation.
  • Proficient with computer, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Strong background conducting internet research, using tools and software
  • Technical knowledge or aptitude to learn and understand technical terminologies and acronyms.
  • Demonstrate excellent research and writing/editing skills as well as solid organizational and time management skills.
