SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Project Description:
This position is responsible for handling and growing the CoolAssurance extended warranty adoption with our direct customers. This is accomplished by contacting customers, through phone and email, to describe the program and handle the ordering process. This person will work closely with the Product Support and Service team as needed to complete all required transactions.
  • Execute the entire order to cash process for direct customers, from initial quote through revenue recognition.
  • Call on customers daily who have expiring and expired service contracts and document calls into Salesforce.com cases.
  • Update service contract authority customer information into SAP.
  • Perform required CoolSculpting remote operational verifications checks over the phone with customers as needed.
  • Execute all aspects of the direct customer CoolAssurance sales process through order processing, scheduling, logistics and overall account management; fulfills assigned administrative order to cash obligations.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls from internal and external customers according to standards set and exercise judgment in the handling of the call.
  • Utilize the ERP system (SAP) to enter orders in SAP for contracts, adjust equipment cards and coverage.
  • Maintain CRM system (SAP, salesforce.com) to contain updated customer CoolAssurance information.
  • Document and track customer CoolAssurance purchases and create warranty contracts.
  • Perform the processes related to the CoolAssurance extended warranty program.
  • Manage the North America region demo process including scheduling and facilitating the demo delivery and pick up schedules.
  • As the liaison between the customer and the internal staff, works closely with inventory management and sales team to assure orders are efficiently processed and customer delivery expectations are met.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
  • Associate's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years related experience required.
  • Previous call handling experience in supporting the sales process for a medical device company preferred.
  • Previous experience in managing timely sales and service order processing and documentation completion.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and oral. Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
  • Experience with saleforce.com preferred.

This 12+ month position starts ASAP.
