HR ASSISTANT
IRVINE, CA

Project Description:
  • Under general supervision, assists HR team and clients through various HR Shared Services functions.
  • Projects may include: detail work with HR data collection and reporting activities, data analysis and ensuring data integrity.
  • This position will be responsible for work tasks needing to be completed for an HR shared services team.
  • Entering transactions in WorkDay.
  • WorkDay data entry (creating jobs, locations changes, terminations, updating employee records – address, status).
  • Liaison with the HRIS team to perform audits by running reports to ensure date accuracy and integrity within the assigned business areas.
  • Performing new hire orientations.

Required Skills:
  • Candidates must have 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • WorkDay.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Someone who is process oriented and has the ability to speak up regarding opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Background and experience in HR Shared Services function.
  • Ability to multitasks and handle high volume.
  • Customer focused.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Project Management (Six Sigma) certification.
  • Ability to run reports out of WorkDay.
  • Ability to analyze data received from WorkDay.
  • Work is performed in an office environment.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
  • Incumbents in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor, and moderate noise levels.


This 12+ month position starts ASAP.
