Access management (Users, Roles , group etc.)
Performance Management , check ServiceNow performance and coordinate with ServiceNow.
ServiceNow Enhancements and Defect Fixing : As per the project requirement configuration and customization ServiceNow Form Layout and Design, Table, Business Rules, Client Script, UI Policies, Data Policies, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Glide Record, Workflow, Notification and ACL Governance Policy, etc
ITIL & ITSM Business Process Consulting: Business Process Consulting, Detailing of Processes, SLA Design, change management, Major Incident, Incident, Problem management, Catalog, and maintain items setup.
Application Production Support: L2 , fixing the defect reported by the end user.
ServiceNow Upgrade: Patch and Version upgrade.
ServiceNow Reporting , create various reports and dashboards.
Good Technical Knowledge of AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, Bootstrap, jQuery etc
Good Knowledge ITIL Process (Incident , change , problem)
