 Job description:-
  • 1st Point of Contact for internal lab customer (globally located in office buildings and data centers)
  • Strong hands-on network troubleshooting skills and knowledge including wireless networks
  • Layers 1, 2 and 3 support
  • Hands on working knowledge of Cisco switches, Juniper routers and Access Point and wireless controllers.
  • Be able to support with physical rack and stack of network equipment and cabling work if needed
  • Support network connectivity issues, device alerts, deployment and projects as needed.
  • Flexible to travel within different Bay Area campuses
  • This is not a remote job opportunity
  • Flexible to travel with US (during COVID restrictions)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Coding experience is plus point
