The Support Solutions Business Insights Lead (BIL)believes in the power of data to shape business strategy and drive tactical outcomes. The BIL's work will encompass thought-leading insights and actionable recommendations across Support Solution's corporate and field teams. This role will partner across multiple organizations and key stakeholders to represent Support Sales needs and influence cross functional business Insight roadmap, processes, and tools. The BIL will influence decision-makers through story-telling and unique visualizations. Individuals in this role have exceptional problem-solving, and consultative skills and are creative, entrepreneurial, and energized by collaboration. In addition, the BIL demonstrates the critical ability to think strategically across time horizons while still executing with precision in the short term. The key purpose of this role is to enable the global Support sales organization to accelerate growth and improve business performance.
