Product Manager

· Define, drive and manage product strategy and delivery, product marketing, metrics and data, and user experience of SaaS (B2B, B2C, mobile, & web) products.

· Ownership of driving product for the entire set of platform capabilities that are leveraged by other product teams and the applications for how those capabilities are brought to life for our customers

· Continuous product improvement and optimization for shipping a portfolio of small, medium, and large releases

· Collaborate across the company with engineering, design, marketing, and sales

· Communicate clearly with all levels of staff getting clear business value, vision, and scope of products from upper management, translating into requirements and project path for team and interfacing with UI/UX ensuring shared vision.

· Adept at synthesizing ambiguous inputs into solid action plans

· Define and analyze metrics to guide product development

· Lead full product life cycle from requirement gathering through project management to product release.

· Address bugs/defects, A/B testing, and stakeholder requests leading projects to best possible outcomes

· Partner with the appropriate teams to ensure product launch and successful selling, servicing, and support

· Plan the scalability and extensibility of solutions, ensuring solutions meet the needs across the breadth of the product suite, along with the applications of tomorrow
