  • 8+ years of Avaya CM experience required
  • Expert knowledge of Contact Center principles including vectoring, variables and Avaya CMS
  • Avaya CM architecture
  • Building of phones, routing, network regions

Good knowledge of:

  • System and Session Manager
  • Avaya Aura Messaging Platform
  • Avaya Application Server (AES)
  • Avaya Media Server
  • Voice Gateways
  • SIP protocol and troubleshooting
  • Testing of telephony solutions
  • PRI and T-1s
  • Support tools to include ASA, trace tools

Must be Familar with:

  • VoIP terms and technologies
  • WAN and LAN Routing and Switching
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Problem Management
  • Capacity Management
