  • Installed, upgrade, configured and administration of Oracle 10g/11g server in AIX, Linux, and Client-Unix..
  • Having good expertise in application and database performance tuning using different tools like OEM
  • Having good expertise in applying CPU & PSU Patches.
  • Database Patching, Application patches, implementing backup strategies.
  • Users Administration (Roles and Profiles), Password change Manitainence.
  • Oracle Server Utilities like Export, Import, and Data Pump & RMAN.
  • Database reorganization of existing databases to meet standards or improve performance.
  • Supported 100+ instances in 24/7 Production Environments.
  • Strong working experience on Linux, Unix, Sun Solaris, IBM AIX 6.1, Client-UX.
  • Hands on experience as Oracle Apps 11i/R12 DBA also (Apache/HTTP Server, Concurrent manager, Forms server, Workflow, Report Server).
  •  Excellent communication skills. Exceptional ability to interact with users and all levels of management (1.). Incident Management + Change Management (Planning & Execution).
  • On - call Escalation.

  •  Process adherence & Security compliance.
  • Customer feedback ( Appreciations, CSAT survey results).
  • KB preparation and review, Knowlegde sharing & documentation.
