Enterprise Architect-Oracle ERP

  • Should have 15+ years of experience in Large Oracle ERP Projects as a Solution Integrator with at least 3+ years of extensive experience in Oracle ERP Cloud: Financials, Supply Chain & Procurement.
  • Involved in IT strategy and transformation engagements from Oracle perspective
  • Should have good knowledge of Cloud Implementation Methodologies.
  • We are looking for Enterprise Architect in ERP area for managing internal ERP projects who creates strategic plan to transform from current to future state through delivering of multiple projects.
  • Align IT strategy with company's business goals.
  • Work with Manager(s) and Sr. Manager(s) to arrive at enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with ever changing business needs.
  • He/She should be able to assess ERP initiatives, efforts and cost estimates for strategic alignment, , budget and schedules.
  • Build strong internal relationships within ERP domain and with other services across the organization.
  • Able to assess ERP initiatives, efforts and cost estimates for strategic alignment, budget and schedules.
  • Experience with IT strategy, solution and enterprise architecture
  • Extensive knowledge, background, and working experience within Oracle ERP. Experience in Oracle cloud is an added advantage.
  • Functional knowledge and experience with implementation of Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resource business processes and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture, design, development, implementation, conversion and testing
  • Architecture domains – business, application & infrastructure
  • TOGAF Certified is an added advantage
  • Use of agile methodologies to streamline processes, realize cost and resource efficiencies

  • Knowledge of IT governance and operations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering
  • Project and program management planning and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of financial modeling as it pertains to IT investment
  • Ability to deal with abstract concepts and communicate these effectively through compelling written and graphical materials
  • Strong history of experience in dealing with executives and board level communications
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
  • Strong analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills
  • A bachelor's degree and approximately 20+ years of related work experience;
  • A degree in computer science, engineering or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred
