  • Guidewire Business Analyst
  • Business Analyst with 5 years of IT experience in Property and Casualty Insurance domains.
  • Strong Knowledge Insurance Terminology
  • Experience in gathering requirements through Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, Group Interviews, Workshops
  • Experience in gathering and documenting Use Case Requirement and User Story requirements
  • Proficient in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) , Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
  • Experienced in Unified Modeling Language (UML) for developing use case diagram, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagram for system design using MS Visio
  • Strong business analysis skills and a sound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) utilizing Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology, Waterfall, Agile and SCRUM
  • Extensive experience working on Client Quality Center, Rally, Agile/ SCRUM methodology, Defect management, SQL, UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter (7.0) , Policy Center (7.0) (Policy Administration System) , Contact Manager and Billing Center (2.0) application
  • Worked on Policy Center, Claim Center and Billing Center Configuration and Integration User Stories
