Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant
  • Workday Global Parental Project REQUIRED SKILLS - 1. 2-3 years' experience in Implementing Workday advanced Compensation for large customers.
  •  Merit Process, Bonus Process and Stock (can have names like LTIP etc) process
  •  Shared participation etc.
  •  Design of grades, profiles, eligibility rules etc (for junior profiles). "
  • Hands-on experience implementing at least one full life cycle Workday HCM, Workday Advanced Comp, Workday Comp deployment is required
  • Broad-based knowledge of Human Capital Management, with areas of expertise in Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Benefits or Payroll
  • Experience defining HR business and systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients
  • Strong presentation and communication skills required
  • Enthusiastic, professional, and confident personality, with a focus on customer success
  • Team oriented with an ability to mentor less experienced consultants
