  • Demonstrated excellent verbal, written and customer service skills.
  • Possess experience with SaaS vendor management
  • Possess working knowledge of SSO integrations
  • Possess working knowledge of Okta
Candidates must be able to:
  • In response to reported issues work with stakeholders to understand the problem, identify the root cause, recommend and implement solutions to correct the reported issue.
  • Exercise mindfulness of opportunities to improve existing applications or create new applications to better meet the needs .
  • Participate in application development projects.
  • Participate in broader team meetings and discussions.
  • Other Duties.
  • Documentation of work to include: Requirements Document, Technical Documentation, Unit Tests.
