Responsibilities
  • Managing Sales Team for Government Sector across India
  • Building and Managing Customer Relationship & OEM
  • Keeping oneself updated with Various State and Central Government Tenders and Timelines
  • Ensuring Timely Tendering and Biding
  • Attending Pre-bid meetings in order to ensure relevant responses to tenders
  • Managing escalations for all aspects from customers
  • Identifying and Generating New Customers
  • Ensuring up-to-date knowledge on technological offerings to self and entire Sales Team.
  • Defining Trainings for the sales teams
  • Defining Sales Targets and reviewing the Sales achievements periodically.
  • Ensuring healthy Sales pipelines
  • Ensuring healthy cash-flow
  • Define marketing campaigns with Marketing Team
  • Define Organizational strategies to boost up the Organizational Revenue
  • Monitoring progression of Sales Opportunities
  • Ensuring proper documentation of the processes to meet required compliances
  • Conducting reviews with purchase, logistics and support for timely delivery of material / solution and updating customers
  • Ensuring Deal Registrations with relevant OEMs in order to ensure better input costs
  • To ensure escort to Collection Team / Sales Team / Service Delivery team for timely completion of required documentation from customers Tracking the competition, their strengths and weakness, their revenue share and using them to our advantage to generate business
  • Keep a track of the client's business initiatives and future plans and analyze its impact on the business
  • Developing Market Intelligence

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Engineering with MBA and specializing in IT / Sales
