Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Cybersecurity for Supply Chain management team, client Site Leads and IT Security to develop the project overview material to be presented to client Supply Chain Contract Partners
  • Coordinate with Contract partners to Support Security Audit process
  • Leverage NIST framework, data integrity principles and general system validation models to prepare high quality deliverable
  • Ensure project follows the NIST framework and leverage from the available information
  • Support Cybersecurity awareness education at the contact partner sites
  • Prepare detailed project plan and list of deliverables in alignment with overall Cybersecurity program and IT Security's existing processes
  • Track the deliverables and communicate with stakeholders to ensure visibility
  • As required, prepare steering committee meeting presentations to explain project progress, contract partner cybersecurity evaluation results and summary of metrics
Experience:
  • Must have 7+ years contributing to IT Security initiatives preferably in Pharmaceutical industry
  • Worked as techno-functional resource to drive the project
  • Solid understanding of Cybersecurity Frameworks (e.g. NIST)
  • Experience in working Cybersecurity Audit processes
  • Experience in working with diverse stakeholder groups including external business partners
  • Excellent understanding of supply chain management processes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Stays close to latest compliances and regulations for the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Must have excellent judgment and strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage others through influence
  • Able to mentor and lead others through the use of project management best practices
  • Experienced in GMP, specifically CSV (SDLC, VLC)
  • Knowledgeable in Part 11/Annex 11 and electronic GMP documentation controls
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, challenging, constantly changing environment
