Responsibilities:
  • Manage Tier 2 tickets on production issues related to Workday Recruiting and Onboarding modules
  • Provide and implement technical resolutions or recommendations on production issues
  • Update/enable configurations on Recruiting and HCM modules (Hire, Change Job and Onboarding) for WD releases as well as weekly releases
  • Provide support on additional special projects as assigned; responsibilities include configurations, generating reports, EIB, audits and testing
  • Create advanced custom reports
  • Maintain requirement/configuration documentation, system training materials and test scripts
  • Participate in system testing
Skillset:
  • Experience in supporting Recruiting function in general
  • Minimum 4-5 years of hands on/intensive experience on WD Recruiting and HCM (Onboarding) modules
  • Experience with WD reporting including calculated fields and EIB
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office; advance MS Excel skill a must
  • Ability to consult and communicate succinctly in all occasions
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a global, fast pace dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
