The hiring manager needs a kind of intern with associate degree who is wiling to learn about the software. Candidates with bachelor, master or higher degree or with GED/High School Diploma only, would not be suitable fit. Depending upon the requirement, candidate will doing light physical work like moving the boxes from once place to other and handling paper work on computers as well.   • Under close supervision of a Building Services Managers 
  • Performs the work involved, altering, renovating, repairing, and maintaining office and storage space in the central and field offices; does related work as required. 
  • Manual work may be involved in the maintenance operations, which may include a variety of duties requiring physical exertion, manipulative ability, the routine use of hand machine and/or power tools.

  • Ability to maintain records and files. Assists in reviewing department inventory practices and procedures;  
  • and makes suggestions for improvements. 
  • Reviews the adequacy and effectiveness of basic current operating inventory systems and makes recommendations concerning performance standards, need for more analysis of shelf inventory, 
  • and proper document control.
  • Knowledge of the interpretation of specifications and the evaluation of technical data.
  • Knowledge of the methods involved in simple repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to organize assigned work and develop appropriate work methods.
  • Ability to prepare clear, sound, accurate, and informative reports.
  • Ability to learn to utilize various types of electronic and/or manual recording and information systems used by the agency, office, or related units.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, understand, or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.  Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to see that work areas are kept in a clean, orderly and safe condition.
  • Ability to see that equipment is properly used and kept in good repair.
  • Ability to work with microsoft office applications

  • Successful completion of sixty (60) semester hours at an accredited college or university.

  • Two (2) years of work involving building operation, contract administration, construction management, real estate acquisition/appraising/negotiation, property management, or related field.
