The Division of Property Management and Construction is recruiting for an additional .Administrative Staff Specialist for Blue Acres.

This position will be responsible for: 
1. Daily involvement of every phase of Blue Acres Demolition projects:
    a. Utility disconnects, initiation and follow up for construction bidding
    b. Tracking of submittals, change orders, amendments and invoicing.
    c. Assist in compiling document for design, construction bidding purposes and close-out of projects.
    d. Dealing directly with project managers to assist in resolving issues, or providing and updating critical information.
    e. Assist senior administrator in additional tasks, not limited to above responsibilities. 

Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience
Microsoft based programs, (Word, excel, etc.) especially Excel. Required 5 Years
Must be very organized with exceptional electronic file management skills regarding excel spreadsheets, Word Documents and PDF's. Required    
Must have excellent communication skills. Required    
Must be able to prioritize and multi function through daily tasks. Required    
Must be able to adapt and execute immediate priorities changes in a fast paced environment. Required    
Willing to be part of a team and to continually strive to improve our overall process. Required    
Must have an extreme attention to details. Required    
experience as an Administrative Specialist. Required 5 Years
Construction administration background helpful but not a requirement. Desired
