4. Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree. Two (2) years of administrative experience in a business or government agency with responsibility for assisting in the direction and/or coordination of office administration and other support.
5. Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), must be detail oriented and well organized, must have strong written communication skills, and must be a team-player and maintain a high level of professionalism.
6. Desired skills: Experience in a healthcare environment preferred, especially outpatient pharmacy-based practice.
7. Duties/Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Administrator of the New Jersey Prescription Monitoring Program, assists with program operations and business functions. Assists in overseeing the application process for program registration and issues access to qualified individuals. Responds to written, electronic and telephone inquiries and complaints. Collects data and prepares reports required and/or requested by the Administrator. Assists in the preparation of program records and files, including system user audit histories, medication histories, rules and regulations, and all legal resource material. Assists in the execution of program decisions and policies as required.
