An immediate opportunity exists for a candidate with solid experience leading successful product development projects focusing technology services based products, to join our team. Due to an unprecedented period of growth, we have a LONG-TERM CONTRACT position opportunity in the RALEIGH, NC area for a PRODUCT MANAGER SERVICES.

Role/Responsibilities:

This selected resource will work closely with internal functional teams to help develop and implement enhanced collaboration products and services. Focus on translating technical capabilities into benefits. Work with development teams to define, and execute enhanced and improved products and offerings. Collaborate across other business units and teams to research and develop product roadmaps. Write and manage user stories and support product backlog grooming. Conduct competitive analysis and make recommendations for product enhancements.

Requirements:

BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is required
5+ years of product management experience and 2+ years experience in working with technology products with an emphasis on services such as subscription, annuities and or monetization is highly desired.
Proven hands-on experience in business analysis and business case development is required.
Demonstrated experience defining, developing and managing product roadmaps, New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or Go-to-Market (GTM)
Experience working with ecommerce products and/or web enable services products is highly desired
Advanced experience using MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
