Under general supervision, reviews and logs correspondence into database and licensing system to open complaints and
prepares letters on routine matters.

Sees that pertinent material is obtained from the files and police reports, arranges it in usable form, and prepares summaries of police reports as required. Could contain sensitive subject information.

Accomplishes specific administrative projects as directed by appropriate supervisor.

Conducts information searches in electronic or manual file systems.

Execute administrative duties which include: sorting, indexing, and filing documents according to established guidelines and procedures. Photocopying, scanning and shredding documents.

Providing customer service coverage and assistance to 3rd and 6th floor when needed.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc), must be detail oriented and well organized, must have strong written communication skills, and must be a team-player and maintain a high level of professionalism.
