Job Description: Position Summary:
This individual will work in a team environment and assume planning and customer service responsibilities for assigned product lines.
Responsibilities will include planning and scheduling, and inventory management.
Individual will work with internal and external customers as well as suppliers.

Duties to include:
Creation and administration of production schedules to support product demand as well as level load operations.
Maintaining Schedule accuracy in various scheduling tools and inputs
Maintain MRP data to ensure sufficient raw materials to support manufacturing.
Responsible for the generation and accuracy of all manufacturing work orders within the MRP system
Provide a high level of Customer Service to internal and external customers and suppliers
Provide troubleshoot support for AP/Invoice mismatches
Support Buyers in their day-to-day responsibilities as requested.

Desired Qualifications:
Four-year degree in Business or other relative discipline with three plus years of practical experience.
Two-year degree with five plus years of practical experience will also be considered.
Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing facility is required
Medical Device and FDA experience is highly desirable
Experience in Business Lean practices, continuous improvement, etc. is desired
Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have demonstrated experience providing a high level of Customer Service to internal and external customers

Responsible for coordinating all planning activities associated with multiple product lines.
Managed MRP data including BOM, routers, formulas, lead times and safety stock for assigned products.
Served on the New Product Launch team to support Domestic/ International launches for high volume products.
Reduced Inventory Carrying cost of Rejected material in the plant by $1.6 million dollars in 7 months by implementing a new MDA process as part of the Green-belt certification.
Responsible for tracking and performing MDA paperwork for expired/obsolete materials throughout the plant.
