MACHINIST: (18 positions)
Training:
Training 1st shift -Typically M-F 630am-300pm – training could last upwards of 6 months - we could train on 2nd depending on the individuals needs....
2nd Shift Schedule M-Th 300pm-130am
Xcrew Shift – F, Sa, Sun 500am-500pm – once someone becomes Client employee they get paid for 40 and working only 36.

Job Description:
With direct guidance in a team environment, responsible for operating one or more production machines working from blueprints, sketches, and route sheets. Contributes to lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 0 - 1 year general or related machining experience, or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities. 2. Able to read and follow blueprints, specifications, and verbal instructions. 3. Has working knowledge of machine shop mathematics, may include trigonometry. 4. Effectively applies lean initiatives. 5. Demonstrates effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment. 6. Interprets reports and uses job specific software applications. Able to use employee self-service systems to access on-line information and use specialized automated systems (i.e., PMR, TORS, e-mail).

Additional/Special Skills requested:
With emphasis on EDM, wire or sinker, Hone, Lap, and Cylindrical Grinding, Temporary Control Valve / EHSV: - 0-1 year general mechanical work experience, with emphasis on Micro De burr, Lap, and Cylindrical and Center less grinding and or 0-1 year experience with Pressurized Hydraulic Systems. Lathe, Mill, etc.

Preferred Skills: AEROSPACE MACHINING -

PRODUCT SUPPORT: ( 3 Positions)

Hours/Days: 1st Shift: 6am – 3pm and/or 8am-5pm; Monday-Friday – OT is available, occasional Saturday – we have seen upwards of 10+ hours in OT a week

Job Description:
With direct guidance in a team environment, responsible for performing a variety of product support duties following well defined procedures and processes in one or more of the following functions: raw stocks, parts identification, shipping, receiving, stockroom, stock handling, clean operations, parts handling, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. One year product support or related experience or demonstrated ability to perform described position responsibilities. 2. General knowledge of computer terminal operations. 3. May be required to operate moving equipment and saw equipment and meet OSHA safety qualifications. 4. May require forklift operator certificate. 5. Must demonstrate manual dexterity. 6. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. 7. Ability to read and understand related forms and specifications. 8. May be required to lift up to 40 pounds. 9. Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

ASSEMBLY & TEST: ( 19 Positions)

Training:
Training 1st shift - M-Th 400am-230pm or M-F 600am-230pm – training could last upwards of 6 months
2nd Shift Schedule M-F 230pm-11pm or M-Th 230pm-100am
Xcrew Shift – F, Sa, Sun noon-midnight – once someone becomes Client employee they get paid for 40 and working only 36.

Position Description:
Accurately and efficiently assembles/tests a variety of moderately complex products to achieve customer quality and on-time delivery schedules. May perform lockwiring, first stage subassembly, and final detailing functions. Works on products that contain mechanical components, single hydraulic systems, and multiple part numbers. Actively contributes to lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs. Receives general supervisory guidance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Two or more years industry related experience in assembly in a manufacturing environment. 2. Demonstrate product and process knowledge by applying it to newly learned techniques. 3. Able to select appropriate procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment. 4. Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications. Perform basic mathematical calculations, as well as demonstrate effective verbal, written, and basic computer skills. 5. Possess strong mechanical reasoning. 6. Able to implement and effectively apply lean initiatives. 7. Possess effective interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment. 8. Able to interpret reports and use standard business software applications. Able to use employee self-service to access on-line information and use specialized automated systems (i.e. PMR, TORS, e-mail). 9. may require soldering certification per customer requirements. 10. Ability to effectively demonstrate team member competencies and participate in goal setting, performance feedback, and self-development activities.
