The Agile Transformation Team is the corporate agile change management team providing agile training, coaching/mentoring, and developing reference material for practicing agile teams. We are currently searching for a passionate and positive thinking Agile Trainer and Coach to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA. The Agile Trainer and Coach will be responsible for the successful implementation of agile values, principles and practices across the Enterprise and help to develop and execute enterprise-wide, agile adoption strategy as a member of the Agile Transformation Team. Working with programs and leaders, the Agile Trainer and Coach will assist with onboarding, teach classes and act as a principal subject matter expert on Agile.

Must have:
-Scaled Agile Program Consultant SAFe SPC (4.0 minimum)
-Experience as professional Agile coach to company/organization (programs, leaders and teams) in order to accelerate and increase the benefits of business agility
-Experience as a subject matter expert on the application of agile values, principles and practices including expertise applying the Scaled Agile Framework to a range of different organizational scenarios
-Experience as a Agile lead trainer
-Trainer of SAFe course offerings (Leading SAFe, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Program Owner/Program Manager)

A successful candidate may have:
-Aerospace and Defense industry or prior Client work experience a plus
-Assisted other companies/organizations in transitioning to an Agile mindset
-Experience as a practicing Product Owner and/or Scrum Master would be a plus
-Developed enterprise level guidance where appropriate
-Led multiple on-boarding activities for new Agile programs
-Executive level coaching experience
-Communicated to various levels of leadership on agile activities and progress
-Participated in/developed strategy and roadmaps for an enterprise agile adoption
-Ensured and measured the success of programs transitioning to agile
-Worked with the program office and/or certification authorities to develop a plan for integrating agile into a company's process, planning agile programs, tracking agile programs, etc.
-Enthusiasm to work on an Agile/Scrum based development team
-Strong skills to communicate issues and status in both written and oral (including face-to-face and electronic communications) to a variety of audiences.
-Adaptability to change and determined to accomplish tasks based on schedule.
-Ability to collaborate with teammates in order to make the best decisions.
-Passion for learning and innovating new process/practices.
-Self-motivated to contribute to a positive work environment.
