Job Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the Windows 10 architecture, MDT, Office 2016 & 365, Active Directory, GPO analysis, Local Group policy configuration and Bitlocker.
  • Installs, configures, tests and performs upgrades on system software and hardware components, images and deploys computers, manages a laptop pool
  • Performs advanced hardware and software troubleshooting and research in order to recognize, isolate, diagnose and resolve information systems problems and issues.
  • Monitors, prioritizes and responds to assigned customer service requests through service desk tracking system
  • Oversee the deployment of security patching for operating system and desktop applications. Develop reports on security compliance and plan for remediating non-compliant devices
  • Adheres to department and IT protocols, procedures and service level agreements
  • Serves as liaison with clients, participating in meetings to ensure client needs are met
Technical Requirements
  • Experience with Windows 10 configuration and deployment in a large enterprise
  • Manage the build, Maintenance and support base image for workstations including OS, drivers and software packages
  • Experience using desktop imaging solutions e.g. Windows MDT
  • Experience using ticket tracking system ServiceNow
  • Experience managing antivirus and malware management and remediation using BigFix and creating packages
  • Experience with disk encryption technologies e.g. Bitlocker
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite 2016 and Office 365 proplus
  • Experience troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware components
  • Experience with Microsoft SCCM for computer management, software updates, and application installations
  • Mobile device support for Email and Wi-Fi access
  • Working knowledge of DHCP, DNS, LDAP protocols
  • Advanced knowledge of Print-Server services and managing print devices from the server
  • VMware ESXI ver 5.5 and above
Desired Skills:
  • Windows 10 MSCA
  • Office 365 certification
  • BigFix certification
  • Knowledge and / or experience with BigFix or BigFix OSD is a plus
  • Knowledge and / or experience with ServiceNow Integration is a plus
