GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED
Assembly of Air filters.
Under supervision of lead person- punch in and out of a biometric hand clock; hand assembly of air filters products.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Employee is primarily responsible for packing and inspecting materials and products.
2. Depending on department, employee may be responsible for labeling boxes
3. Obtains and sorts and inspects product before packing.
4. Hand examinations of filter materials
5. Inspects, reviews and performs extensive quality control functions on filter product
6. Reviews and marks acceptable product and places items into designated boxes.
7. Sets the boxes on a tape sealer machine
8. Stacks boxes for distribution.
9. Different types of filters will be packed, depending on the department continuously throughout the shift.
10. Maintains production report (size, quantity on a specific tally sheet of product being produced and finished)
11. Quantities of completed products, as well as size of filters vary depending upon production needs and requests (1”, 2” 4” filters)

MINIMUM PRIOR KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
1. This is an entry level position
2. Some manufacturing experience is a plus
3. Must be able to read and write
4. Basic math skills
5. Good coordination
6. Must be able to keep a fast pace

CLC AIR TRAINING REQUIRED
1. Job Specific training
2. General Safety training

5. Two to four days of on the job training

3. Properly use required safety equipment.
4. Safety glasses and safety vest are the minimum when in the plant. Various types of other Personal Protective Equipment as needed based on the area and job working in at the facility.
