GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED
Employee is responsible to make sure we have a clean and safe plant and environment. Employee must be able to work as a team with co workers and the rest of the plant personnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Take scrap collected by operators and weight it, complete scrap tag, turn tags in to office
2. After weighing, dump in the trash compactor
3. Take other trash out throughout the shift as needed (weight up to 25 lbs)
4. Replace liners as needed
5. Operate the trash compactor
6. Maintain compactor area clean
7. Clean water unit once a week
8. Sweep all floors: Production needs to be swept every day. Warehouse needs to be swept two times a week
9. Operate floor scrubber
10. Clean lunch area including: tables, microwaves and refrigerator as needed. Change table covers as needed.
11. Dust off the top of lockers
12. Wash off drive way and stairs- once a week
13. Clean sink outside of restrooms
14. Clean glue machines as needed including the APAL
15. Make sure aisles, fire extinguishers and exit doors are not blocked
16. Mop floors when there is water including restrooms

2nd Shift
1 Take scrap collected by operators and weight it, complete scrap tag, turn tags in to office
2 Clean all machines –including the APAL
3 Take trash out throughout the shift (weight up to 25 lbs)
4 Replace liners as needed
5 Operate the trash compactor
6 Scrape glue off the floor
7 Sweep entrances to the office
8 Deep cleaning of lunch area including : tables, microwaves and refrigerator & drinking water units every Friday- Change table covers as needed
9 Wipe off cabinets by entrance two time a week
10 Make sure aisles, fire extinguishers and exit doors are not blocked
11 Mop floors when there is water spills including restroom


MINIMUM PRIOR KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
1 Must be able to read and write (Spanish ok)
2 Good math skills
3 Detail oriented
4 Have reliable transportation
5 Posses the ability to lift, stoop and bend with no restrictions
6 Flexible to work Saturday's when required

CLC AIR TRAINING REQUIRED
1 Operate trash compactor
2 Glue machine cleaning
3 SSP Apal glue machine
4 Standard Safety Training

SAFETY
1 Follow all safety rules and procedures
2 Properly use required safety equipment
3 Safety glasses and safety vest are the minimum when in the plant. Various types of other Personal Protective Equipment as needed based on the area and job working in at the facility.
4 Participate in safety meetings
5 Maintain a neat and orderly work area
