Job Description:
  • The following scope and skill/knowledge requirements are provided so that individual can primarily support the ANG configuration requirements and secondarily support the workload in the myPers Admin workcenter:
  • Scope: Work involves analyzing and translating technical specifications into integrated applications that automate business processes directly affecting the work of personnel specialists and impacts the mission/well-being of all Active Duty, Guard, Reserve and Civilian members assigned to the Air Force. The work also involves executing the life cycle change process of applications and implementing design changes in response to changes in customer functional requirements.
Required Skills:
  • Expert skill with Hyper Text Markup Language 5 (HTML5), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Personal Home Page (PHP) and Extensible Markup Language (XML).
  • Knoweldge of OSC. Expert skill in writing business rules in the OSC workspace, writing routing rules for a process, incident rules to manipulate data, custom PHP coding as a plug-in for the agent console, external events using PHP coding for actions programmatically ran.
  • Knowledge of OPM. Skill in writing customized HTML to present and manipulate customer application interviews using a natural business language engine.
  • Skill in oral and written communications to convey and discuss technical processes and information in layman's terms without altering basic content. Skill in working with a diverse group of individuals with competing needs.
