Minimum Years of Experience: 3 Years
- Management of Quality processes and staff contractors to complete update of SBO Business Management Systems documents

- Ensure site personnel are provided the requisite training to perform tasks per updated Business Management System

- Environmental, Health and Safety Awareness and leadership (primary tasking performed by Corporate and outsourced contractor support)

- Shipping and Receiving Management, including paperwork processing and documentation

- General administrative support
Essential job functions: Administrative Assistant needed to support the Environmental Compliance Team.

Job functions to include:
- Preparation of reports and presentations
- Support Environmental, Health and Safety
- Support Hazardous Waste Management
- Build paperwork management/archiving
- Production planning for Non MBS build
- Purchase Order creating and tracking as needed
- Quality reporting
- Management of Quality Documents
- Shipping & Receiving duties
Required skills: • Experience providing Administrative Support
• Computer savvy
• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel experience a plus
• Experience managing invoices
• Experience working in aerospace industry is a plus
• Demonstrated effective experience building relationships and working collaboratively in a team environment
Scope: - Tasks Assigned will include:
o On site management and coordination of Environmental Health and Safety efforts
o Quality Control and Quality Engineering activity
o Maintenance of Business management System (previously Quality Management System)
o Coordination of shipping efforts associated with field testing
o Other administrative items as required
