Assembly Worker

shifts are 3am-3pm or 3pm-3am. Once they are placed on the shift that will be their permanent shift.

Job Description:

Worker will be working in a meat processing facility making bacon or ham.

Work environment temperatures will be between 35-42 Farenheit (reference: 32 degrees F is 0 degrees Celsius)

They will be on 1-hour rotation with a different job to do every hour. They will have 3 breaks with a break every 3 hours.

Worker will be shadowing their trainer for 1-2 months in different aspects of work including identifying the raw amterial, lifting upto 50 lbs of the same, operating the meat slider, mixing batter, slicing finished products and packaging.

Employees will be running equipment on a 12 hr shift 3-4 days per week. Must be willing to work in a team environment and expected to participate in green room meetings.
