  •  Install variety of hardware, software, applications and antivirus, ensure maintenance of end user workstations and peripheral devices.
  • Manage testing procedures for newly installed hardware and software applications and network troubleshooting procedures.
  • Interview users in a timely manner and schedule follow-ups.
  • Used SharePoint to store, organize, share, and access clients information’s.
  • Train and assist newly hired employees.
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance
  • Planning, integration, and support of engineering products.
  • Provide customer service / CRM
