Update:-Looking for someone how could be a team lead. Need someone with good trouble shooting ability. Looking for someone who ideally has 3-5 years bench experience. It would be very beneficial if this person has environmental lab experience such as chamber tests and vibration.

Performs a variety of routine and non-routine tasks to ensure production and customer service quality standards and delivery goals are met on a daily basis.
Under general supervision, performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.
Perform a detailed initial evaluation of returned items and the calibration on repaired and production items. This includes the set-up, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) and Acceptance Testing Process (ATP).
Recognizes failures and determine the root cause of these failures and assist in the application of appropriate verification and corrective action(s) (as required).
Must possess excellent troubleshooting skills down to the component level.
Ability to Operate all types of test equipment including but not limited to oscilloscopes, computer controlled specialized test equipment, function generators, meters, power supplies and special test fixtures.
Ability to recognize and make recommendations for procedural and/or process changes.
Ability to work and interact in a team environment

AA degree in Electronics field , technical education and/or equivalent required in addition to three to five years related experience.
