The person will come with a proven track record of achievement, with experience in the Staffing Industry and will be responsible for Sales and Business Development.  Person will be responsible for growing this business unit by bringing additional accounts, overseeing and mentoring other Business Development team member.  This is an amazing opportunity for you to grow with a fastest growing company in the United States!  
 
Successful candidate will possess the following Skills:
  • Previous Experience in staffing industry opening new accounts with Fortune companies and/or large System Integrators
  • Experience with account penetration, development and retention for organic growth of customers
  • Understand the complexities of and manage the flawless service delivery to major staffing programs and partnerships
  • Successful sales and business development experience in lead generation.
  • Proven successful sales record in the Staffing and Consulting Industry
Responsibilities:
  • Spear head the Staffing efforts/business development in Federal Service Integrator and Commercial Clients market
  • Responsible for New Client Acquisition on a National Level
  • Account management and organically growing the accounts
  • Drive profitability within the marketplace and exceed budgetary goals
  • Apply senior-level staffing and recruiting sales experience to drive new contract staffing business with major accounts and scale existing client accounts
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining MSP relationships
  • Managing and farming and account once it is acquired
  • Lead relationships and develop new ones with professional organizations and affiliations aligned with staffing expertise
  • Attend industry functions, events , conferences on a National level
  • Working with the Marketing team to develop marketing campaigns for Conferences, events and trade shows
  • Must love to work in teams but be a top individual producer
  • Love selling and have a roll your sleeves up attitude
  • Act as escalation point of contact for all staffing business related issues
