  • This position requires that the individual perform electronic document searches to fulfill discovery request in connection legal matters Enterprise wide.
  • This position also requires that you communicate with legal counsel or litigation support to provide documents for review.
  • Searches against document sources will be performed utilizing Active Navigation, Nuix, Clearwell, or Relativity.
  • The analyst position will be required to run reports utilizing the new Legal Hold solution to provide to the litigation department Attorneys.
Qualifications:
  • Liaison with the legal team and management on status of identifying source data, collections, processing, review and productions of data; tracking of deadlines, exceptions and tasks; to also include Client management issues, budget status, and production planning.
  • Interface with eDiscovery vendors and in-house resources performing preservation, collections, processing, and/or hosting Services
  • Understand, plan for and mitigate risks to timeline or deliverable; understand the downstream impact of various options during collection, processing, review and production
  • Coordinate technical/data processing support, and obtain other required resources
  • Daily coordination with relevant company departments including Forensics, Messaging, and IT infrastructure to manage legally required data preservation actions
  • Perform machine learning, natural language, and statistical analysis methods, such as classification, time-series analysis, and validation methods
