Technical Analyst
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years IT experience in a position of a Technical or Systems Analyst.
  • College degree and Certifications, such as: A+, Windows 2007/2010, Win 7, MCSE, CCNA, etc.
  • Supported a user population of 300+ desktops.
  • Strong understanding of Pentium based desktop computer systems.
  • Strong understanding of mobile device administration.
  • Strong technical understanding of MS: XP, Windows 7 & Office 2010.
  • Excellent Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication/writing skills, both verbal and written with all staff levels.
  • Must be self motivated, dependable/punctual, cooperative, composed, and have the ability to take initiative.
  • Must be able to multi-task, while having strong organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to perform job functions (such as lifting heavy objects and traversing stairs) with reasonable accommodations.
  • Must be service oriented and be able to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
  • Must be willing to accept new challenges and job responsibilities as assigned.
  • Pursues training and development opportunities. Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills and shares expertise with others.
Desired Requirements:
  • Familiarity of Document Management Systems (i.e. Interwoven, PC-Docs, Docs Open, WorldDox, etc.)
  • Experience with Cherwell Service Management , VPN & Citrix client, Cisco VOIP support, Desktop Imaging, Two-factor authentication and encryptions support, Scripting (i.e VBscript, Linux perl, html, php/mysql, etc.)
  • Application Packaging/Deployment (MSI/SMS, etc.)
  • Wireless (802.11x) experience and support.
  • SMS, MSI Application Packaging and distribution.
  • Experience in training classroom and remote situations, webinars and one-on-one.
  • Experience with creating training materials such as user manuals, training agendas, newsletters, QRCs and other documentation
