Customer Service Representative

ICS is seeking 10 Call Center Representative with a growing client! These individuals will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships with online customers and meeting up-sell goals. Successful candidates must be professional, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Handle high call volume (inbound/outbound) and communicate directly with customer either by telephone and/or electronic methods.
  • Utilize different computer programs simultaneously to obtain, verify and accurately enter customer information to process loans
  • Accurately process payments/payoffs
  • Initiate successful collection calls for loans that are in and/or near default
  • Enhance customer experience with a high level of customer service
  • Maintain knowledge of all loan products and changes that occur through process improvement
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all customers (internal/external) and coworkers
  • Respond and follow up to all customer inquiries and pending items in a timely manner and resolve questions and issues
  • Ensure that all work follows Federal and State law policies and procedures
  • Act in the first contact capacity which includes delegation of potential leads and aggressive follow up

Requirements
  • Recent banking, sales, consumer finance or customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, organize, negotiate and make important decisions
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including Microsoft Office and ability to work within more than one program simultaneously
  • Must possess thorough knowledge of basic math in order to handle and compute financial transactions
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines
  • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and outgoing positive attitude
  • Work well in fast paced environment
  • Must possess the ability to use discretion in the controlling of confidential information
  • Excellent communication, customer service and sales skills
