POSTION:
We are hiring for a Helpdesk Support Technician, with expertise in troubleshooting Office 365, for one of our client's in Downtown Dallas! This is a 2-week contract to support their recent migration to Office 365.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Trouble shooting software issues with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as installation and deployment of new computer hardware and software through an imaging system.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues with networks, computer hardware, printing.
  • Coordinate escalations due to telecom and network issues to third party contractors.
  • Managing incident and problem tracking through an I.T. Service Management application.
  • Ability to deliver great customer service to internal users; both onsite and remote
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support position with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ desired.
  • Enthusiastic, confident with a "can-do” attitude
  • Flexible, well-motivated team player, ability to work with minimum supervision
