Software Engineer

Software Engineers will work in small teams to design, build, deploy, and support solutions to better the business. The position is mostly hands-on development but we ask engineers to help Client and define the business requirements during our Agile software release process to meet all best practices and standards. We push our engineers to learn the business so they can contribute to the success of the company, while building their careers and skills alongside our great staff who has the same determination.

Requirements
 Work within an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, and testing that goes into creating high quality software and new products
 Contribute to our end-to-end software development sprints and weekly Agile release cycles
 Analyze business and client requirements, configurations, and support needs to make decisions that have the greatest impact
 Collaborate with a high-performing teams and individuals across all departments.
 Design and write application software according to approved specifications
 Utilize full technical knowledge and thorough understanding on the various solutions we have today and always looking to build for the future

Experience
 Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related degree
 3-5+ years of .Net Framework (MVC and Web Forms) experience
 3-5+ years of C# experience
 3-5+ years of SQL programming experience
 Knowledge of scripting languages such as Angular, React, JQuery, Bootstrap, and/or JavaScript
 Understanding of SOA which includes REST, Web API, JSON/XML markups, etc.
 Knowledge of code deployment cycles using VSTS and Git
 Experience with JIRA project management functions for tracking and releasing updates for an Agile software release workflow
 Understanding of software design patterns, how to create a reusable and maintainable code base
 Ability to diagnose, plan, and implement fixes to software bugs or design flaws
 Ability to plan and manage your own work to meet deadlines
 Eager to work on multiple teams and projects at the same time
 Adaptable to multi-cultural communication and collaboration
