Pay Rate : $ 50,000.00 - 60,000.00 /Year
Responsible for executing the day-to-day HR activities and administrative duties of the Human Resources Department and in support of the locations strategic planning initiatives to ensure a productive and profitable operation; through a strong work ethic, leadership by example, and the consistent delivery of excellent customer service throughout the operation.

  • Administer and enforce human resources policies, programs and practices, including planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating and directing all HR related responsibilities
  • Investigate as appropriate, into employee internal employment related complaints determine appropriate actions and document consistent with Company standards
  • Advise on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues such as: working conditions, disciplinary actions, employee and applicant appeals, Equal Employment, , documentation procedures, or other HR related matters as required
  • Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale
  • Monitor legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR such as OSHA, EEO, FLSA, ADA, and FMLA
  • Monitor exposure of the company and prepare information as requested or required for compliance. Escalate as necessary
  • Recruit, train and develop all supporting levels of staff to ensure an efficient and profitable operation
  • Oversee and monitor benefits including plans, eligibility, and workers compensation
  • Coordinate, schedule and conduct Onboarding; ensure new hire paperwork is complete
