Our client is seeking a full time Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Admin to support our team with day-to-day administrative and accounting responsibilities. The person taking this role will also take-on some office management duties. This is a position of growth ideally suited for an individual with 2-4 years of professional experience in accounting and/or administrative support pertaining to payroll and invoice processing. We are looking for someone that is hands-on, with experience and a positive personality.

  • Accounts Payable - Processing invoices and issuing payments
  • Account analysis and reconciliation
  • Compile and summarize statistical, financial and other data
  • Review balance sheet and profit & loss financial statements
  • Assisting with financial statement preparation, assisting with budget preparation
  • Investigation of variances - preparation of invoices/debit memos as needed regarding variances
  • File, scan, and copy relevant documentation
  • Data entry of Revenues on a scheduled basis
  • Assist in monthly and year end closing, including annual financial audits
  • Organize office operations and procedures by assisting with day to day operations of organization
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of payroll or related experience
  • Time management, communication, and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Applicants should be proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, QuickBooks in particular)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to client information and employee records
While there are set daily tasks, the nature of this position requires someone who can multi-task well, as it is a fast-paced role that requires flexibility.
