NOC/IT Support Representative

We are looking for an individual to provide end user support to all managed IT clients. This resource will be the first line of support for all clients. You will resolve prioritized requests while maintaining accurate and thorough documentation while completing ticketing history to document analysis, diagnosis, and resolution plus future preventive actions.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting clients face to face, via phone OR via email in "big box " shops or Managed Services Providers (MSP)
    • ​Must have experience completing 20+ tickets per day
  • Experience with troubleshooting issues - internet connectivity, outlook
  • Active Directory, SCCM, VMware, VDI, Vsphere, VPN, Outlook, Exchange
  • Backup experience
  • Citrix
  • Cisco - Cisco Voice is a HUGE plus
  • CCNA, MCSE, OR Cisco Certifications are a huge plus
