  • Work and communicate with 5 advisors and 1 portfolio manager
  • Ability to handle and address multiple incoming calls
  • Manager of First Impressions. Greet and welcome clients when they come in
  • Account opening
  • Service request forms
  • Maintain Office inventory and order
  • Master CRM (Redtail)
  • Constant Contact
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office
    • Excel
    • Word
    • Power Point
    • Outlook – candidate needs to exhibit good writing/communication skills
  • This position will be responsible for marketing initiatives
    • Outgoing proactive client communications
