Internal Recruiter for a 6 month assignment due to company growth. Responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online and designing employee referral programs. To be successful in this role, you should have an HR academic background along with work experience in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates. which includes creating and managing job postings across all platforms, identifying, interviewing, screening and presenting qualified candidates. A successful Recruiter is responsible for providing quality client services and serve as a partial job coach. Ultimately, help build upon their strong brand and ensure they provide a positive candidate experience. Their goal is to meet the human capital demands of the company as they grow.

Essential Functions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for current openings
  • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Design and implement employee referral programs
  • Use current applicant tracking tool and make recommendations for improvements
  • Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks)
  • Screen resumes and applications and update hiring managers and candidates on hiring processes
  • Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
  • Report to hiring managers on the status of open positions
  • Evaluate candidates based on their interview, job function and cultural fit
  • Determine qualification criteria for each position
  • Analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs
  • Answer candidates' queries regarding the application process
  • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
  • Exercises the requisite discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
Required Skills
  • Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, preferably with Agency experience specializing in the placements of Technology and Product roles
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience using various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, structured, group)
  • Ability to analyze skills assessments
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
  • High-energy and always looking to improve.
  • Self-starter that takes action without being instructed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in influencing decision makers.
  • Persistence and superb follow up.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
